📏 Size & Fit

Captain Fantastic comes in all shapes, sizes and styles — and so do our clothes 💫

There isn't one universal Captain Fantastic sizing system. Different garments have different cuts, fabrics, levels of stretch and fits, so a Large in one style may fit differently from a Large in another.

Every product has its own Sizing & Fit information and size chart. Always use the size chart on the individual product listing as your guide, even if you already own the same size in another Captain Fantastic piece.

✨ Finding Your Fit

  • Measurements matter more than the size label. Compare your measurements with the size chart for the specific product you're ordering.

  • Check the fit. A fitted bodysuit, relaxed hoodie and pair of stretch flares are designed to fit very differently.

  • Fabric makes a difference. Stretch fabrics have more give, while woven or structured fabrics may have less flexibility.

  • Check whether the style is women's, men's or unisex. The cut and proportions can differ even when the size label is the same.

  • If you're between sizes, check the product description and Sizing & Fit information for any style-specific guidance.

📐 How to Measure

For the most accurate fit, measure yourself wearing light clothing and keep the tape comfortably against your body without pulling it tight.

  • Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.

  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

  • Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner leg down to where you'd like the garment to finish.

Measurements in our size charts are shown in centimetres unless otherwise stated.

💛 Still Not Sure?

Give me a shout. If you're unsure which size to choose, contact Captain Fantastic before ordering and I'll be happy to help you work through the size chart for the style you're looking at.

The individual product size chart will always be your best guide — check the measurements, not just the letter on the label.
