At Captain Fantastic, we keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free 💫
Our in-stock items ship directly from Aotearoa 🇳🇿, while all made-to-order, print-on-demand, and back-order items are crafted and shipped by our trusted global production partners 🌍✨

Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (NZT), excluding Public Holidays.
If Captain Fantastic is out adventuring ✈️, processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving!

📦 Important Notes

  • Your order ships after processing is complete.

  • While processing, your order will show as “Unfulfilled” in My Account.

  • Once shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

  • You can track your order:

    • via the Track Order link in your account

    • through our Track My Order page

    • or by clicking TRACK YOUR PACKAGE in your confirmation email

  • Please ensure your address is correct — including postcode, unit number, and Rural Delivery details.

  • If your order is still processing, tracking will show:
    “There is no tracking information available for your order at this time.”

Our return window is 30 days from the date your order was placed.

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll fix it fast — no worries 🙌

🎁 How Returns Work

Approved returns are processed as a gift card (store credit), sent directly to the email used on the original order.
Our gift cards never expire ✨

⚠️ Please Note

  • Some items can’t be returned, including:

    • final sale items

    • intimates

    • custom-made items (varies by product)

  • Returns can’t be initiated once the order is in transit.

  • Please keep your return tracking number — we need it to complete your return.

  • Accounts showing patterns of return abuse may be restricted.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return parcels.
