Shipping
Our instock items are dispatched from New Zealand, while Print on Demand and back orders are fulfilled by our trusted global suppliers.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding New Zealand Public Holidays. At times, Captain Fantastic might be traveling, which could slightly extend processing time.
Please note:

Orders will be shipped after they have undergone processing.

If your order is being processed, it will be labeled as "Unfulfilled" in the Orders section of My Account. A shipping confirmation email, complete with tracking details, will be sent once it ships.

For shipped orders, you can find a "Track Order" link beside the order in the Orders section of My Account.

You can also track your order using our Track My Order page, entering your order number and the email used for ordering. Alternatively, click the TRACK YOUR PACKAGE button in your shipping confirmation email.

You are responsible for providing the correct address, including but not limited to postcode and Rural Delivery details.

Orders still in processing will display this message: "There is no tracking information on your order at this time."
Returns
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of your order placement. If you have received a damaged or defective item, kindly contact us, and we'll promptly address the issue.
Returned items are processed as gift cards, sent to the original order's email address, and have no expiration date. Regrettably, final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or gift cards.
Please take note of the following:
Eligibility for return varies; certain items, like intimates or final sale items, may not be returnable.
Returns can't be initiated once your order is in transit.
Keep your return tracking number handy; we require it for return processing.
If your account displays patterns of return abuse, we may be unable to process your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen during transit.
